Return Policy

All of our products are made-to-order, which means they are custom-created just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in producing and packaging each order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at emmanuelagraham@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes all items, whether regular price, discounted, or made with special requests. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
